Turkey Meatloaf

2 pounds ground turkey
1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
3/4 cups breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
1/2 cup cooked spinach, chopped, excess water squeezed out (fresh or frozen)
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon pizza seasoning or dried oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

For Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients and place in greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
